Following residency in China, Sarit explores the identity, role and relevance of Jewish culture and its relationship to other cultures. The sharing of food at a dinner table is a time for nourishment of body and mind – a time to review the minutiae of the day or larger social issues that engage and concern us all. This exhibition reflects the possibility of free flowing debate, story telling and cultural exchange.
