January-June program - Dance Classes
Flamenco Dance
Offered by The Flamenco Centre at Belconnen Arts Centre
Beginners 1 > Sunday 4:00–5:00pm
Beginners 2 > Monday 6:00–7:00pm
Intermediate 1 > Sunday 5:15–6:15pm
Intermediate/Advanced > Monday 7:15–9:30pm
A balance of fundamental technique and repertoire – exercises for precision, strength, speed and refinement in footwork, upper body, arm work, hands, coordination, castanets and rhythm. A dance routine is used to bring these techniques together. Professional tuition by Tomás Dietz.
Terms > 23 January–16 April & 29 April–9 July (10 weeks per term)
Cost > $300/$280 concession per term ($600/$560 concession per term for Intermediate/Advanced class), early bird discounts apply
