Comics with Arran McKenna – Ages 10 – 12
Sunday 26 March – 10.00am – 3.00pm
Draw what you know! Diary comics are a great start into the world of creating your own comics. In this workshop we will look at various types of diary comics and explore the fundamentals of cartooning and comics including how to tell a personal story and then, if you would like, work together to have a one page finished comic based on a story of your choosing. The class is flexible, silly faces, ridiculous bodies, terrifying monsters to beastly beasts – nothing is out of scope in this class. No previous experience needed, just the ability to wield a drawing instrument and a keen sense of enthusiasm!
Bring your own lunch.
Cost > $80.00 includes materials
