A Healing Journey
Linda Huddleston (Nungjingi) — Calvary Hospital Artist-in-Residence

14 June–1 July » Foyer

Linda Huddleston (Nungjingi) was born in Katoomba and belongs to the Ngandi, Gurindji and Wiradjuri people. As a young girl, Linda was privileged to visit her ancestor’s community at Roper River and learned stories of the traditional way of life of her people. Through her residency at Calvary Hospital, Linda has created pieces that are about both reconciliation and healing, and hopes that their presence in the hospital will benefit both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people.
