With Debora di Centa
Saturday > 2:30 – 4:30pm
2 March & 30 March
Body Expression workshops are unique movement-dance formats open to people with and without dance experience. These workshops are based on Laban movement analysis, creative movement dance practice, improvisation and different dance styles clustered together to raise stamina, body strength and individual creativity. Expressing the self through the body will increase participants’ body-mind connections, dance and movement knowledge and understanding, enhance creativity, develop personal relationships through non-verbal communication with others and bring pure joy!

During each session you will be led through a initial warm-up phase to prepare the body for experiencing and exploring the workshop. The exercises and activities will allow you to learn the art of embodiment of space, body energy and dynamic qualities, movement relationships and actions. Sometimes the exercises will involve the use of props, and music will accompany the journey and sometimes video projections and drawing will also be involved. Prepare yourself to be enchanted, energized and free.
$100 | Includes both sessions
