Improve your mental, emotional and physical fitness with Jen Brown of Yogasana Fitness. With over 20 years of dedicated yoga experience, Jen offers regular classes for students of all levels, as well as special classes such as Restorative Yoga, Partner Yoga and Yin Yoga. A regular yoga practice can bring vigour to your body, serenity to your mind and contentment into your life. These changes do not happen overnight, but over time you will begin to see changes in how you stand, walk, sit, and breathe; in how you cope with and manage stress; in how you interact with others; and all of these changes will, over time, improve your quality of life.
Whether you are new to yoga, would like to revive an old practice, or are simply looking for a teacher on this side of town, Jen has a class that will suit you. You will be shown variations that are appropriate for your ability and your level of fitness.
