Mini Dance Together | 2-4 years
With Debora di Centa
18 August – 15 September 2019
Mini Dance Together is an intergenerational dance adventure, specifically created to encourage moving and dancing between children aged 2-4 years and their adults. Dancing together enhances the relationship between adult and child, adding more awareness, strength and flexibility to body and mind. The aim of each class is to create a safe and fun environment for all participants to develop their creativity through some set exercises and creative movement practice. Each class, we aim to explore, be creative, have fun and most importantly experience family quality time and wellbeing. This term, we are inspired by the four seasons, and the workshops will take participants through an adventure which will unfold progressively week by week. We will play with different ideas within the theme through the use of props, music and our movement.
