The Meeting Room

Belconnen Arts Centre is growing! Over 2018 & 2019 we will be completing the arts centre with a new performance space, exhibition galleries, dance and visual arts classrooms and more. The building project is scheduled to commence early next year. We’ll continually update our website to keep you informed over the coming months for space availability during the construction period. A CREATIVE VENUE FOR YOUR PROFESSIONAL MEETINGS
– FULLY ACCESSIBLE SPACE –

When you need to get out of the office, find a central, accessible meeting point or just get a fresh team perspective, the Belconnen Arts Centre Meeting Room is ideal. Purpose built for small conferences, meetings, training sessions and workshops, we offer a light-filled, professional, private and comfortable facility within a creative environment. This is a great place to get creative with your team and a perfect place for productive business gatherings.

 

Uniquely located in the heart of Belconnen and right on the edge of Lake Ginninderra, our venue is easily reached via car, bicycle or public transport and is surrounded by many cafes and restaurants so you can easily break out for lunch or order in. The Arts Centre is fully accessible and all on one level. Our meeting room is flexible to suit your preferred set up and you can step straight into the centre to take in an exhibition, or pause to enjoy the lakeside views where you can break out into team building sessions.

CAPACITY
There are various configuration options for the meeting room; theatre style or chairs and tables for meetings. The meeting room comfortably seats up to 16 meeting-room style or 30 theatre style.

ALL INCLUSIVE PRICING
All basic furniture (chairs, tables, lectern, screens), set up, staffing within business hours and cleaning are always included in our pricing.
There are no surprises!

CATERING
We have a small kiosk in the centre for tea, a good coffee, biscuits and snacks. Or for your daytime function we can organise tea/coffee and morning or afternoon tea. For lunches or larger meals you are invited to engage your preferred caterer, step out to a nearby cafe or provide your own catering for your meeting. We can facilitate deliveries and safe food storage for you.
